This lot in particular was grown at an altitude of 1500 meters, was picked and processed using a washed method, giving it a clean, distinct flavor profile. In the cup you’ll notice pronounced florals like hibiscus, lemon acidity and a champagne-like finish.We only have 25 bags of this coffee available, so jump on it before it’s gone!

the lemon acidity is really nice, and I experience a very short menthol-ly coolness for a brief second
