This is a simple writing technique outlined by Will Larson. The idea is to frame your experience effectively in interviews. I think it's brilliant. I've learned to properly prepare as a conductor of an interview. I like this flip side. It can be hard to convey your various experiences during an interview, especially if it is not a technical interview. Writing things out is a good way to remember and prepare. Below I've used the technique to capture some of the more memorable accomplishments in my career.
