When I moved to San Francisco back in the 90s, my first job came with a desk containing a computer and a coffee maker. I drank a lot of coffee. Too much. A damaging amount apparently. I eventually had to cut out all caffeine. I did so for over a decade. I was eventually able to reintroduce it but I have to be mindful of how much. So I fix a single pour over using a Chemex every morning. That's it. Below is my coffee diary listing the various beans and roasteries I try.
