La Esperanza Washed Cherry, Orange Blossom, Chocolate

I taste a lot of chocolate, bitter chocolate. I think this is the first bean from Guatemala I’ve had in a while. I need to do some research and see if the way this was processed means it is maybe a little more oily than what I’ve been brewing, or if it is a Guatemala thing. This paired nicely with the Apple Fritter I had this morning, either way.
