My Notes
The old Ethiopian classic. I've brewed this a few times. I decided to return to it and have another Ethiopian cup in the morning. I absolutely loved Ethiopian coffee in college. The coffee shop closest to my house in college served Ethiopian roasts most often. I developed a taste for them during that time.
