Dark Chocolate, Sorghum, Cherry, Dried Berries, Thick & Syrupy

This is wonderful! It's a balance of chocolate and berries. It's a beautiful hue in the Chemex. This is my first Onyx roast and it may be my new go to. This just hits all the right notes for me. I don't know if that will change with the season or not but so far, this is fantastic. And the packaging is top notch. High praise for my first Onyx experience. And my sister just moved to Bentonville, so hopefully I can go visit in person one day.
