Bakers Chocolate, Burnt Sugar, Smoked Vanilla Bean

Bakers chocolate is right on. It has that kind of "flat" flavor that comes with Bakers chocolate compared to say a milk chocolate. And I really the description of burnt sugar. It's not an overpowering taste, but it's descriptive for sure. This is good, maybe not my favorite roast of theirs, but like all the rest it is good. Fall season roast for sure.
