Cherry, 70% Dark Chocolate, Citrus, Juicy

This is light. Light colored. It grinds really fine. It’s citrusy. The dark chocolate comes out in the aftertaste. I get the cherry in the sides of my mouth. This almost seems complex like a wine. I was not expecting it. Not an every day coffee for me but good from an “interesting cup of coffee” perspective.
