Yellow Pear, Brown Sugar, Almond, Milk Chocolate

Hmmm, I don't get the brown sugar or the milk chocolate. It's pretty flat. I'm going to brew with a higher concentration tomorrow and see if I can get some of the tasting notes to come forward.
