Coffees from Tanzania and Guatemala unfold like a fireside moment. First, the comfort of spiced cider. mulling spice and orchard air. Then crème caramel, soft and buttery. Finally, a spark of blood orange dances at the edges, leaving a clean, citrus-kissed finish that lingers with quiet elegance.

Second roast since the caffeine break/reset. Really liking this. Liking the caramel and texture. Still adjusting to caffeine though so limiting myself to only a single cup each morning fixed via the Chemex.
